Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use LUVUU.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

You must provide truthful account and profile information and must not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, age, relationship status, or intentions.

You may use LUVUU only for lawful personal use connected to meeting people, building connections, and communicating respectfully.

You may not harass, threaten, stalk, abuse, spam, scam, exploit, or endanger other users. You also may not upload illegal content, hateful content, sexually exploitative content, malware, or anything intended to disrupt the service.

Automated scraping, credential sharing, reverse engineering for abuse, or attempts to bypass access limits or security controls are not allowed.

You keep responsibility for the text, photos, prompts, and messages you submit through LUVUU.

Matches, profile visibility, discovery placement, and messaging availability depend on product rules, moderation actions, user preferences, and service availability. We do not guarantee any minimum amount of visibility, matches, responses, or engagement.

We may remove content, limit features, hide profiles, or restrict messaging when needed to protect users or enforce these terms.

LUVUU provides block and report tools, but users remain responsible for their own judgment and personal safety.

We may investigate reports, review relevant account data, and take action including warnings, content removal, profile deactivation, account suspension, or permanent removal.

If we reasonably believe your conduct creates risk for other users, for LUVUU, or for the platform itself, we may act without prior notice.

The current MVP may ship without live billing. If paid features, subscriptions, or billing portals are introduced later, additional pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms may apply to those features.

Any future paid plan may change feature limits, messaging caps, or access to premium discovery features.

LUVUU is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy, or that every interaction on the service will be safe, genuine, or successful.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, LUVUU is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service or your interactions with other users.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

You may stop using LUVUU at any time. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for others, or misuse the service.

Sections covering safety, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability, and enforcement continue to apply after your account stops being active.
